Abstract Submission

ASPICON 2026 invites researchers, clinicians, microbiologists, pharmacologists, nurses, public health professionals, and students to submit abstracts for oral and poster presentations as part of the scientific programme.

Submission Guidelines

  1. Abstracts must be submitted as a PDF file named: Poster/Oral_Name_Institute_ASPICON2026
  2. The abstract should include the title, author names, affiliations, and email address of the presenting author.
  3. Maximum word limit: 300 words. Abstracts must be structured under Background, Methods, Results, and Conclusion.
  4. For Case Reports, the structure should include background, case summary, key findings, and conclusion.
  5. Narrative review abstracts will not be accepted.
  6. All abstracts will be reviewed by the Scientific Committee, and acceptance of shortlisted abstracts will be communicated via email.
  7. The Scientific Committee’s decision regarding oral or poster presentation will be final.
  8. Conference registration is mandatory within two weeks of abstract acceptance to confirm participation.
